Victor Bartash

Born and raised along the Jersey shore, Victor Bartash is a perfumer living and working in New York City. He joined International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in 2018 where he trained for 4 years under the mentorship of many great perfumers, including Laurent Le Guernec, Patty Hidalgo, and master perfumer Dennis Maroney. Prior to IFF, he studied perfumery creation at ISIPCA in Versailles as well as human biology at Brown University. His passion for natural ingredients is the backbone of his creations, fueled by his scientific background, experimental design process, and innovative mindset. Victor approaches perfumery as he does life: with attention to detail, boldness, and flair.
