We must emphasize the intricate nature of fragrance formulation. Approaching a formula with preconceived notions, especially without prior experience or knowledge of the ingredients, can be misleading. Even seasoned perfumers cannot accurately predict the scent of an unfamiliar formula. The sheer complexity of perfume composition, with trillions of possible combinations, underscores the artistry and expertise involved.

The formulas offered in The Vault are unique. If you purchase one, you will be the only person in possession of the formula. Ingredient quantities (grams) are approximate, and for informational purposes only, and ingredient names use industry-standard terminology intended for those with professional fragrance knowledge. Oil samples are provided "as-is", directly from the perfumery lab, and may be several years old. While carefully selected and preserved, we cannot guarantee their exact original composition. Many of the featured oils have been argonized, ensuring their longevity and we do not sell heavily oxidized samples.  

The oils are not for topical application and are not certified for consumer product use. Use at your own risk. Olfactory Art Keller and the artist assume no liability for the use, preservation, or misuse of the oil samples. Oils are generally pure unless otherwise stated. Please note that formulas do not include explanations of the creative process or composition, and the artist is not available to provide individual formula consultations. This offering is intended for those who appreciate the artistry and complexity of fragrance creation, understanding that these are artistic expressions, not commercially ready products. The price paid is for the formula. In addition, an oil sample is provided as a means to experience the formula. Purchases also includes one-of-one, signed, custom prints of the formula and of the accompanying visual artwork.
